Terms

Using this site and starting a workspace.

How you use the WhatTheJob marketing site, how a workspace starts, and where the customer agreement takes over.

01

Who we are

WhatTheJob is operated by Arctrait LLC, a Wyoming company.

The public site is whatthejob.ai. We sell WhatTheJob to Business Clients: companies that run field work.

Write questions to hello@whatthejob.ai or hello@arctrait.com.

You can also contact sales.

02

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the WhatTheJob marketing site and the process of evaluating and starting a workspace.

They do not replace the agreement we sign with a Business Client for a workspace.

Once we set up a workspace for a company, the signed customer agreement, order form, and any other applicable terms for that company govern the workspace and the services we provide to it.

If those documents conflict with these marketing-site terms, the customer agreement controls for the workspace.

03

Access

After a sales conversation, we may set up a workspace for a Business Client.

The company controls who it invites to use that workspace and is responsible for keeping its users and permissions accurate.

The people using the workspace may include owners, admins, dispatchers, and crew.

End customers do not log into a WhatTheJob customer portal. They communicate through channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, or voice, and those communications may become part of the Business Client's workspace.

04

Platform billing

Platform fees are agreed with the Business Client after a sales conversation and are governed by the applicable customer agreement, order form, or invoice.

WhatTheJob platform fees are separate from any amounts a Business Client charges its own customers.

05

The product

WhatTheJob brings customer conversations and field-work operations into one company workspace.

A typical flow is:

conversation → draft → human approval → assignment → Crew App → completed job

AI may draft a request or response using information available to that company's workspace.

AI does not independently create a job or assign a crew member.

Software checks structured information such as the company's catalog where applicable, and a person remains responsible for creating and approving work.

The product may use WhatsApp, SMS, email, and voice integrations. Available channels and features may change over time.

06

AI

WhatTheJob uses third-party AI models to perform tasks such as drafting requests, drafting replies, and retrieving relevant information from a company's workspace.

We do not train or fine-tune a WhatTheJob foundation model on a Business Client's workspace data.

We do not intentionally use one company's workspace information as retrieval context for another company.

AI output can be wrong. It should be reviewed by the Business Client and its users before being relied on for operational decisions.

The specific AI providers and other workspace subprocessors may change and are governed by the applicable customer agreement and related terms.

07

Your responsibilities

The Business Client is responsible for:

  • Keeping workspace users, roles, and permissions accurate.
  • Giving users only the access they need.
  • Providing information it has the right to provide to WhatTheJob.
  • Using customer information lawfully.
  • Obtaining any permissions or consents required to contact its customers through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or voice.
  • Reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of its catalog, hours, FAQs, service areas, and other company information.
  • Not intentionally putting another company's confidential information into its workspace.

The Business Client is responsible for its relationship with its own customers.

08

Acceptable use

You must not use the marketing site or a workspace to:

  • Attempt to access another company's workspace or information.
  • Circumvent workspace permissions or security controls.
  • Scrape, probe, or test the platform for unauthorized access.
  • Upload information you do not have the right to use.
  • Use the service for unlawful activity.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Additional acceptable-use requirements may appear in the customer agreement.

09

No guarantee of AI output

AI is an assistive part of the product, not a guarantee of correctness.

WhatTheJob does not promise that an AI-generated draft, classification, suggested response, or other output will always be accurate or complete.

The Business Client remains responsible for reviewing and approving operational work.

10

Availability and changes

These marketing-site terms do not create a service-level agreement or uptime commitment.

Workspace availability, support, service levels, features, fees, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

We may change the marketing site and its features over time.

11

No warranty

This page describes the marketing site and the general path to a WhatTheJob workspace.

Except where the applicable customer agreement says otherwise, the marketing site and its content are provided without promises that they will always be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing on this page creates a service-level commitment or a guarantee that the product will produce a particular business outcome.

12

Security and privacy

Privacy covers the WhatTheJob marketing site.

Security describes the product's current security boundaries.

Workspace data and workspace processing are governed by the Business Client's customer agreement.
